Junior Designer

Head Office - Dublin, Hybrid
Full-time
Permanent employee

About &Open

We’re the global gifting platform for companies that care.

Our platform sends gifts globally at scale, while our team guides the process with taste, thought and attention to detail.

As a B Corp-certified company, we’re all about less waste, more impact. At the end of the day, it’s not how much you send, it’s how you make people feel that matters.

Our customers include OpenAI, Hubspot, Revolut and Fin.

About the team

At &Open, our Creative team is a close-knit group of designers and creatives who dream up and deliver thoughtful gifting experiences for our customers.

We work across creative concepts, merchandise collections, product development, production artwork, catalogue content, presentations, campaigns, and Shopify experiences.

We care deeply about the details, including materials, finishes, decoration methods, packaging, colour, and storytelling. We believe every element contributes to a gift’s emotional impact.

As we continue to scale, we are evolving towards a more product-led and catalogue-first approach while continuing to raise the bar on creativity, taste, and execution.

About the role

We’re looking for a curious and creative Junior Designer to join the team in a permanent role.

This is a varied, entry-level position for someone looking to build their experience across a broad range of creative work. You’ll support the team with design tasks across client briefs, merchandise collections, presentations, production artwork, and platform content.

You’ll work closely with senior members of the Creative team, learning how ideas develop from an initial brief into polished, practical, and engaging creative work.

We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, a thoughtful approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. You do not need to know everything from day one. You should be open to feedback, comfortable asking questions, and ready to contribute wherever the team needs support.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate, an early-career designer, or someone with relevant portfolio experience who wants to develop within a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
